I have gambled on millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost a lot of funds at 21. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the house.

I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this method or beat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is founded on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 20 mins using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You need to understand that you can squander a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the runs you witness playing this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Take $5 paid to you, leave the initial five dollar wager

Wager $5
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first ten dollar bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet

Wager twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the first forty dollar bet

Bet forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original eighty dollar bet

Bet eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of $160

Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet

If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
