I have gambled on countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of funds at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the casino.

I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a number of months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the runs you witness playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Bet 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet

Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet

Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of $20

Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet

Wager twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of $80

Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager

Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the first $160 bet

If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!

It is hard to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
