I have wagered on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the game.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or beat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original sum.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years ago with $750 after 60 minutes using this tactic! And a number of days ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.

Wager 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet

Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar bet

Wager $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager

Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Bet forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first $40 bet

Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80

Bet $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original $80 wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Bet $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial one hundred and sixty dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
