I have played millions of rounds of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of money at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the house.

I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the casino, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets very thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a few years back with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a few days ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
